Guided Meditation (Audio): Dual Awareness Meditation (April 30, 2019)

This is a recording of the guided meditation I led at tonight’s “Intro to Zen” session. It’s a dual awareness meditation (environmental sounds + breath), and it’s about 25 minutes long. The recording begins after folks have already gotten into their sitting postures, so get into a comfortable position before starting the audio file.
